5+ Basic Package

  • 5 Admissions (include birthday child)
  • Additional child is $16.50 each
  • Individual meal for each child (mini pizza and/or hotdog and popcorn)
  • Juice box per child
  • Party package: Happy birthday and wall arch balloons are provided, banner paper plates, cups, napkins the table cover. However, if you want a specific theme or more decorations you can bring your decorations. If you want to decorate any other stuff, Please come 15 min earlier to set up.

If you have a group of 15 or more, please call the center at 403-864-0911.
  • $135 Deposit is required to hold your spot or reservation and is non-refundable. If there is a change in date, the deposit can be transferred to the new date. Based on availability.
  • Any special décor other than the items we provide can be set up 15 min before the party.
  • Discounts can NOT be combined.
  • You can bring your own Cake.
  • Outside food is strictly not allowed
  • Kids under 3 years old who need special dietary, allergic issue, or any other religious issue, we understand the circumstances and will allow outside food & drink.
  • Parties must be booked at least 7 days in advance when booking online. Please call for any inquiries on parties closer than 7 days. *we will accommodate based on availability.

  • Special offer Mon-Fri birthday party packages are 10% off before 5pm. Excluding Holiday Mondays.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I allowed to bring cake?

Yes. Cakes, cupcakes, ice cream cake. No other outside food.

Can I use a your fridge or freezer for my cake?

Yes, we can store it in our fridge or freezer.

Am I allowed to bring balloons?

Yes, we allow small bouquet of balloons We do not allow balloons to be attached to the walls.

Am I allowed to bring outside food?

No, we only allow outside food for special dietary needs with prior approval. Any food we have on our menu can be added to the party. Party platters such as fruit and veggie can be booked 1 week prior to the party if booked online.

Am I allowed to bring a Pinata?

No.

Am I allowed extra time in the party room?
No, for scheduling reasons
Are my guests allowed to play before and after the party?
Yes, you and your guests have 15 min playtime before the party while waiting for the birthday child and unlimited time after the party in the room.
Do adults need socks?
Yes. All adults need socks. We do sell socks if they forget.
Do the parents have to fill out the waiver?
Guest parents don’t need to sign the waiver. Only the party host signs the waiver on behalf of the guest on the birthday party day.
Do you supply decorations?
Yes, we supply plates, cups, napkins, and table cloth.
Do you help setting up decorations on the day of?
No, we do not set up additional decorations.
Can we add children to the package that day?
Yes, you are able to add additional children for $16.50.
Can I make the deposit over the phone?
No, we only take deposits in person at our facility but online booking is available.
Am I able to book a party with less then 1 weeks notice?

Yes, please call the center at (403) 864-0911.

When Do I confirm the details of the party?
We will contact you 3 business days before the party for confirm details.

These are basic rules for entry. The purpose of these conditions is to ensure all our
children and adults feel comfortable and safe while playing and enjoying our space.

Important

Please do not visit any Drop’n’Hop Play Cafe Indoor Playground and Sports Zone if you
or your child has experienced vomiting or diarrhea in the last 48-72 hours.

Rules

  • Adult Supervision required at all times unless utilizing our hourly drop-in service.
  • Everyone MUST wear socks at all times.
  • Please keep balls inside the ball area.
  • No climbing up the slides, nets or poles.
  • No rough play.
  • No outside food or beverages permitted including chewing gum, as well as no food or beverages on the play area.
  • No shoes to be worn on the play equipment.
  • No sharp objects such as pens, pencils and jewellery.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen personal items or toys.
  • Children who are sick must refrain from using the facility.
